I don’t think there is an agent out there who hasn’t had to make this decision a time or two. Unrealistic Buyers with unrealistic expectations are just wasting your time. We all have to be tour guides once in a while, but if the Buyer isn’t serious or committed, it’s time to cut the apron strings.

The same sot of pain occurs in escrow as well… I’ve had to “fire” agents that brought deals that seemed to take over the office with drama and disaster. It’s not a pleasant thing to do, but why should the rest of our clients suffer because of one goofball?
