		<description><![CDATA[Well said.  I don&#039;t think there is an agent out there who hasn&#039;t had to make this decision a time or two.  Unrealistic Buyers with unrealistic expectations are just wasting your time.  We all have to be tour guides once in a while, but if the Buyer isn&#039;t serious or committed, it&#039;s time to cut the apron strings.]]></description>

The same sot of pain occurs in escrow as well... I&#039;ve had to &quot;fire&quot; agents that brought deals that seemed to take over the office with drama and disaster.  It&#039;s not a pleasant thing to do, but why should the rest of our clients suffer because of one goofball?]]></description>
