		<description><![CDATA[AAR has exhibited great leadership over the last years in its effort to provide membership with tools to keep us educated, informed and competent.  Thank you.

A statewide MLS is being consumer-centric.  Keeping the gates shut is simply a death knoll.  The consumer wants access to all we know and what we do... and they will find a way. Map display of current and recent deals, including deals involving dual agency... &quot;  Talk about being transparent...

 Just a sample of what the future holds.  It&#039;s been tried before over the last 2 years and failed, and it appears that this may become the new normal.

The horse is already out of the barn.  The question is whether or not we are ready to ride.

On the business applications all being in one place that would be a great timesaver.
On the vendor, Digital Ink, I have been trying to use them for several months but am not happy with this application. Clients have complained too. I have returned to Docusign and I think it is far superior to digital ink for myself and my clients.]]></description>
