Flyer for Phoenix Event

Here is an excerpt from AAR’s article about attending last year’s event:

REALTORS® Lori Klindera, rCRMS and G-II Varrato II, rCRMS with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Phoenix attended the workshop and described it as excellent for agents with problem short sale files. “Agents were able to speak, one on one, with servicers who could make things happen, right on the spot,” they reported. “If the result of that conversation was unacceptable, just a few feet away were the big guns, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac…” In fact, Klindera and Varrato brought five problem files with them and saw progress made on each. In addition, they amassed a “treasure trove of great contacts.”
