Litigation related to an easement, but not in such a way that it could change ownership, could be ruled as a frivolous Lis Pendens?

I made an offer on a Short Sale on May 1st. The seller, the lender (Citi) and I agreed on a price. When I first saw the house on the internet it was “For Sale.” When they accepted my offer the house was indicated as “Not for Sale,” on the internet. Now today, the house appears as “For Sale” and it says a Notice of Lis Pendens. What does that mean? Does it mean, I won’t get this Short Sale? I’m very confused. I still haven’t received a Letter of Approval from the bank, but they agreed to $47K. Now what?
