by Bethany Helvie on September 5, 2013

FEMA_logoOn October 16, the Maricopa County Flood Insurance Rate Map will be undergoing some changes. These changes will affect the rates of some homes designated for flood insurance coverage, as determined by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). •  How it works
  • General rules
  • Lending Requirements
  • Definitions and policy coverage
  • Basic elements of a rating
  • Policy forms
  • Biggert-Waters Floor Insurance Reform Act 2012
  • Flood Maps and Flood Zones
  • FEMA Resources

The two training dates, times and locations are:

Monday, September 16

1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Appaloosa Library

7377 East Silverstone Drive

Scottsdale, AZ

Thursday, September 19
