Updates for zipForm® Plus have been released.  Arizona REALTORs®  will have access to these features upon their next log in.  zipForm® Plus continues to make the difference streamlining transactions and improving users’ business lives every day.

Template Forms Auto-Populate

User created templates will now automatically update the included forms to the latest version.  No longer will users need to manually update their templates to insure the latest forms are in their templates.  No action is required to activate this feature.

Enhanced Auditing

History within each transaction now includes additional events within the audit trail.  Records will now show records for faxing, emailing, document versions, document uploads, zipLogix Community Collaboration events and Document Approval events for Multi-User accounts with this feature.  The feature is available in each transaction in the history tab.

Email Signature Photos

Users may customize signatures with their branding as desired for emails sent from zipForm® Plus.  Included photos now embed within zipForm® Plus email signatures, similar to other email clients.  This feature is available in the profile section of the users account.
