AAR eSign Archive has Arrived!

Aging eSign Sessions, based on their transaction status, will now auto archive to a new eSign Archive page.  The Archive page is accessible at any time to retrieve aging documents.

The Archive page can be accessed through a new icon in the top navigation menu. The Archive button will replace the Sign Out button, which will now be moved under the username.

  • eSign Sessions in “Building” status will auto delete after 30 days of inactivity.
  • eSign Sessions in “Progress” will auto expire to the Cancelled status and auto archive after 90 days of inactivity.
  • eSign “Cancelled” sessions will auto archive after 30 days of inactivity.
  • eSign “Completed” sessions will auto archive after 30 days of inactivity.

And coming soon, eSign users will have the ability to archive sessions manually.
