Using Arizona Association of REALTOR® (AAR) forms is the best way to ensure that you’re always using the most recent, up-to-date forms available. This is why AAR uses zipForm® as the preferred way to deliver forms to its REALTOR® members.  zipForm® provides users with only the most recent versions of AAR forms whenever you create a new transaction—even when you use a template, the forms update automatically.  However, there are some scenarios in zipForm® that you’ll want to avoid:

  • DO NOT reuse an existing transaction. Once a transaction is made, the form becomes static and is not updated.  If the forms have updated since the last time the transaction was used, you run the risk of using an outdated form.
  • DO NOT copy existing transactions to create a new transaction. If the forms have updated since the last time the transaction was used, you run the risk of using outdated forms.
  • If you use zipForm® Standard (Desktop), ALWAYS sync your program when offered to by the pop-up window. Failing to keep the program properly synced puts you at risk of using outdated forms.

Remember, having the most recent, up-to-date forms is in your best interest.
