On November 4, 2015, members of the Arizona Association of REALTORS® (AAR) will spend five hours answering call-in questions from potential homebuyers and sellers. “It’s a public service and a chance for us to take the pulse of consumers,” said 2015 AAR President Jim Sexton. “Arizona REALTORS® are dedicated to giving back to their communities and this is just another way we are working to help guide people through the often confusing process of buying or selling a home.”

Some typical questions may include:

  • Why do I need to use a REALTOR®?
  • How do I get my home ready for the market?
  • What should I look for when buying a home?
  • How much home can I afford?
  • What should I disclose before selling?
