Are You Using zipForm® MLS-Connect?

If you’re not using zipForm® MLS-Connect, it’s a shame because you’re missing out on a great time saver.

What is MLS-Connect? It allows you to import data from any listing that has been on the MLS in the past, right onto your forms in zipForm®. This data includes items like property address, tax information, etc.

When you have a form open in zipForm®, simply click the MLS-Connect button, fill out the MLS-Connect screen and import the data onto your forms. It’s that simple! This data will remain in your zipForm® transaction, so as you add additional forms, those forms will be populated with this data as well. It’s easy and costs nothing.

Flexmls® users will need to establish a special Real Estate Transaction Standard (RETS) password to use zipForm® MLS-Connect. It’s easy to establish your RETS password. Simply log into your flexmls®, click on the “Preferences” tab, then click on “My Profile” From the “My Profile” page click on RETS Settings. You will now create your RETS password that is needed for zipForm® MLS-Connect.
