2017 Member Survey Results – Part 1
In a recent survey, more than 1,000 Arizona REALTORS® answered questions to help focus state association programs and services. Here is the first in a series of responses and some examples of how we are responding.
What is your biggest business concern or issue?
Part-time and under-educated agents
Although we have no control over who applies for a real estate license, or how many hours they may work, we are working to be your most trusted source for professional development and business resources by providing low-or-no cost educational programs.
Public perception and awareness
A few bad apples won’t spoil the barrel, if we work together to mentor new and willing-to-learn agents, as well as report any who refuse to abide by NAR’s strict Code of Ethics.
Generating leads and converting them to clients
Subscribers get trade secrets and tips from other REALTORS® too, for example:
