Court Order releases leases held by Salt River Solar & Wind

On May 18, 2015, the Superior Court of Arizona in Pima County issued an Order releasing the solar equipment leases held by Michael Allen Fricker d/b/a Salt River Solar & Wind. According to the list of names attached to the Order, hundreds of property owners throughout Arizona are affected. AAR therefore encourages property owners who have done business with Salt River Solar & Wind to contact Amy Bocks, Advocate Program Manager at the Tucson Attorney General’s Office, to determine whether the property owner’s solar lease is released and whether the property owner may file a restitution claim.
