AAR’s email issues were resolved Wednesday evening at 5:10 pm local time by our excellent tech staff.
Our domain host now attributes the issue to a problem with their DNS (dynamic name server) service. DNS is the “Internet address book” which allows traffic to flow using domain names instead of IP addresses. Thanks to all who called and alerted us of this problem.

Good Afternoon,
I am inquiring about the File Requirements for a State Audit…
Here is what we have been working with to date:
Listing Agreement
Disclosures (Mold, Airport, Pool)
Agency Agreement
Contract
Counters
Addendums
Earnest Money Receipt (No Copies of Checks)
Final Hud Statement
Some are questioning the copy of checks…is this still in effect?
Please advise.
Thank You.
Beth, are you talking about an audit by the Arizona Department of Real Estate? In that case, you’ll probably want to contact ADRE directly. Here’s their website: http://www.re.state.az.us/
Good luck!
