We encourage you to take advantage of this service when you are having computer issues that are not related to zipForm® or eSign.

Tech Helpline offers support in English or Spanish AND there are no limits on the number of calls or on the length of time per call. (Note: They will only address one problem at a time; each additional issue requires a separate call to be fair to other members.)

Tech Helpline gives you U.S. based tech support for hardware, software, networking, and mobile devices. Their analysts can assist you via phone, online chat or email — they can even remote into your computer to troubleshoot!

  • Monday through Friday – 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET
  • Saturday – 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET
  • Sunday – Closed
