AAR Continues To Offer Innovative Business Services to Members

bs-logo“The Arizona Association of REALTORS’® commitment to support the success of REALTOR® members with business services is a cornerstone of our strategic plan,” said AAR President Evan Fuchs, CRS, GRI, ABR. AAR’s business services include delivery of electronic forms through zipForm® Plus and AAR eSign, a full-featured electronic signature system powered by GoPaperless. Both products are offered to members without additional cost. To ring in the New Year, AAR added another member benefit by bringing zipForm® Mobile to its members’ smart phones and tablets.

In 2008, AAR began offering transaction management (TM) through SureClose® at a time when few choices existed in the marketplace. AAR Business Services team will continue training and supporting its SureClose® brokers through 2014, when training and support will be assumed by SureClose®. AAR continues to assist brokers in selecting other TM systems.

“Today, we are pleased to announce another step in expanding members’ options for accessing our forms on other platforms,” said AAR Chief Executive Officer Michelle Lind. “AAR has approved active member access of our copyrighted real estate contract forms within dotloop, Inc. (dotloop), a popular, online real estate management system for agents and brokers. We will look at licensing forms to other platforms, but only if it is done securely,” she said.

“We believe the last 16 months of work with dotloop’s development team on forms security now allows us to confidently release our forms through their platform,” said Lind. AAR first licensed its forms to dotloop in October 2012, however, this is the first formal release of AAR forms within the dotloop platform.

“Because our members rely on AAR forms, we have three key goals when choosing a distribution partner,” Lind continued. “First, the forms must only be available to AAR members; second, the forms’ body text may not be modified; and third, only the most current version of the forms may be accessible.”

President Fuchs reiterated the Association’s commitment to innovation and the offering of member benefits and services that help Arizona REALTORS® succeed.
