Scottsdale REALTORS® move to new home

Venue8600 – SAAR’s new home

Members of the Scottdale Area Association of REALTORS® (SAAR) will have a new headquarters in just a few days! On Friday, January 16th the association will close its long-time downtown Scottsdale headquarters and reopen the following Tuesday, January 20th at their new home near the Scottsdale Air Park at 8600 E Anderson Dr, Suite 200. We have been informed that SAAR phone service will be down from noon on Thursday, January 15th and be restored sometime during the day on Friday the 16th.

This move follows a trend started by the Western Maricopa County Regional Association of REALTORS® (WeMAR), which moved from its downtown Glendale location in May of 2011 to its current location near Union Hills and 91st Ave in Peoria to be closer to the geographic center of its membership. SEVRAR (the Southeast Valley Regional Association of REALTORS®) is expected to be making a move, too.
