Legal Hotline Team Updates

Arizona REALTORS® is pleased to announce that our Legal Hotline attorney, Richard Mack, is now a partner at a new law firm, Manning & Kass.  Rick and his team will continue to administer the Legal Hotline program at the new firm.  In our most recent AAR member survey, the Hotline was identified as one of the  most important member benefits offered by AAR.  We are confident that this same excellent service will continue with Rick at Manning & Kass.

We are particularly excited about Manning & Kass because of the synergy and resources the firm provides.  The firm is heavily involved in REALTOR® issues in the state of California and its attorneys serve on the California Association of REALTORS® Legal Affairs Forum and the Strategic Defense Counsel Panel.  The firm also regularly defends real estate licensees in litigation and matters before the California Department of Real Estate.  Essentially, Manning & Kass does in California what Rick and his team have been doing here in Arizona for  years.  Manning & Kass has over 150 lawyers and six offices– four in California, one in Scottsdale and one in New York City.  We believe that these additional resources, combined with the experience Manning & Kass attorneys have in our industry, will further enhance the AAR Legal Hotline program.
