Arizona REALTORS® 2015 Accomplishments
Narrowing down all of last year’s successes was no easy task, but your Arizona REALTORS® Executive Committee compiled a comprehensive list of some 32 notable accomplishments for 2015.

- Revised AAR’s Bylaws for consistency, clarity and conformity to existing practice
- Evaluated Reserve accounts and investment firms to implement a new Investment Policy
- Conducted a successful Large Broker Summit
- Assisted our building property manager in securing new tenants and making tenant improvements
- Implemented quarterly ARDAF and Housing Foundation financial reports
- Developed a new Communications Business Plan and Communications budget
- Updated and sent the AAR Member Benefits Guide to all members
- Conducted a successful Association Executives Workshop in March 2015
- Completed NAR Core Standards certifications for all associations through early intervention with local associations
- Presented an NAR Tech Day for association staff with Chris DeRosa and Nobu Hata
- Revised and released an updated HOA Condominium/Planned Community Addendum in conjunction with the Arizona Association of Community Managers
- Conducted an in-depth survey of Designated Brokers to identify the types of claims, demands and administrative complaints they are seeing on a frequent basis
- Helped uphold a Supreme Court exemption allowing REALTORS® to serve as mediators as part of AAR professional standards endeavors
- Approved two new companies for forms licensing (Reesio & Real Estate Digital)
- Improved data collected by MLSConnect® to include the license numbers for agent & firm for TRID compliance
- Published a Transaction Management White Paper for brokers to reference when shopping for their business needs
- Developed major tech solutions including: REALTOR® Safety (ASAP) alerts, Ask a REALTOR® Hotline phone bank, and Database reports for Risk Management, Legislative & Political Affairs
- Trained all local associations in how to choose a REALTOR® Champion and the available REALTOR® Party Grants available for their use
- Offered webinars throughout the year featuring 4 webinar tracks, as well as 3 webinars focusing on TRID
- Brought Broker Management Clinics, GRI and rCRMS classes to members in 11 local associations using our Remote Live Streaming system
- Offered our first FORWARD FORECAST Summit featuring Nobu Hata from NAR plus three major economists: Jonathan Smoke, Lawrence Yun and Elliot Eisenberg
- Kicked off our second season of the LTA program in October 2015, including 11 Presidents-elect from local associations
