MLS-Connect is Catching On
Everyone wants to save time when filling out zipForm® forms, right? Utilizing the zipFormMLS-Connect® feature is a great way to accomplish this goal. MLS-Connect is often overlooked and never used, but every agent should use zipFormMLS-Connect® because of its time saving quality.
MLS-Connect allows you to import data from any listing that has been listed on the MLS in the past, directly onto your forms in zipForm®. It ports over more than 50 fields of data! That is 50-plus fields you don’t have to fill out yourself. No more copying and pasting, no more going back and forth between the MLS listing and zipForm®. MLS-Connect will do it for you!
The data imported includes property information, listing agent information, listing broker information, etc. Once this data has been imported onto your form, the data will populate on all addition forms added to the transaction.
Who is using MLS-Connect? More and more REALTORS® every month. We’re seeing double and triple digit increases in most MLSs since October 2015:
