GoPaperless Solutions is releasing a new feature for eSign users called “Bulk Send” which can be very beneficial to brokers, agents and administrators. Bulk Send allows users to send a standard document to multiple signers at once.

During Step 2 of the session creation, the eSign user would upload a CSV or “comma-separated values” file with the names and email addresses of all signers in plain text. A separate session is then created for each signer on the bulk list. When users send their session, each recipient from the bulk list receives their own document to sign.

This is a time saving tool for those who need to quickly send out common documents, such as disclosures or HR forms for signatures. Each bulk session allows users to send up to 100 sessions at a time!

How to Use:

On Step 1, select ‘Bulk Session.’ Bulk sessions require a transaction name and session title.

On Step 2, import your CSV file with up to 500 signers. CSV file columns must match the eSign modal (first name, last name, email address). Like regular sessions, users can still edit or delete signers if needed.

On Step 3, upload your documents and on Step 4, add your signing locations. The zones will display ‘Bulk Signer’ as a placeholder but each signer will see their own name during the signing ceremony.

Once the session is sent out, eSign will create the sessions incrementally. Each signer will receive their invitation email to their specific session.
