How to Get Involved with Inclusion and Diversity

Last year, under the guidance of 2016 President Paula Serven, Arizona REALTORS® pulled together a group of concerned individuals to form the Inclusion & Diversity Workgroup and answer, “Are we doing all we can to encourage involvement from everyone in our vast REALTOR® community and among industry partners?”

The goals were to increase awareness thoroughout the state association, increase exposure to communities who may be underserved, and increase outreach to members who may wish to have further involvement — perhaps even as Leaders.

We’ve also included links to industry partners and their websites that serve specific real estate members. These partners are here for everyone’s benefit. If not through membership, then by exposure and awareness of who they are and what they have to offer.

Get involved by joining us at the fall Leadership Conference or Arizona REALTORS® Convention in the spring. As you expand your mind, you can also expand your community by connecting with our Workgroup members.
