Using DISC Profiles for Real Estate Teams
By guest blogger REALTOR® Raejean Christopher
If your leadership style is one-size-fits-all, there is a way to better understand each individual and modify the way you lead in order to get maximum results in the shortest amount of time. It’s called DISC Profile, a non-judgmental, personal assessment tool that you may recall from the 2016 Spring Conference in Prescott.
DISC also gives you the knowledge to make sure you have the right individuals in the right roles. If you don’t feel that your “team machine” is firing on all cylinders, maybe it’s time to identify natural tendencies and behaviors of each team member, then lead and motivate them in ways that they are best led and motivated.
In my webinar “Using DISC Profiles for Real Estate Team Roles” on June 21, we will:
- Talk about how to use the DISC assessment tool to make great hires and match natural behaviors with roles
- Discuss how to lead and motivate individuals in each of four styles:
Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness - Show you how to generate more sales and referrals by communicating with co-workers of different styles.
Even if you have taken DISC classes before, this is a great refresher and may even help you better understand your own behavior style. I hope you will join me! Register here.
