Changes To Flood Insurance Rate Map
On October 16, the Maricopa County Flood Insurance Rate Map will be undergoing some changes. These changes will affect the rates of some homes designated for flood insurance coverage, as determined by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Because these rate increases may be significant, FEMA will hold National Flood Insurance Program briefings in the coming weeks. These briefings will cover:
