Reporting Issues After Hours
An Arizona REALTOR® in Mesa recently asked how to report a problem if there’s an issue over the weekend? Good question and the answer is…it depends.
If you’re an active member with a hardware or software issue on your computer, smartphone or tablet, you can contact Tech Helpline by calling 1.866.232.1791, opening a chat or sending an email. They’re available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time. More about Tech Helpline here.
If you have a REALTOR® Safety issue, file a Safety Incident Report unless it’s an emergency, then dial 911. Either way, we encourage you to report it to local law enforcement. More on REALTOR® Safety here.
If you have an issue with eSign or zipForm® between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. weekdays, call 1.866.833.7357, fill out an online request or email AAR Business Services Support.
However, if you have an issue with either electronic document delivery system before or after hours, or on the weekends, please send a detailed email to afterhours@aaronline.com.
As soon as we are notified of eSign or zipForm® issues, either from a vendor or members like you, we will share the news on our home and Facebook pages and keep you updated on the status of the situation.
