Status of DotLoop Licensing Agreement

In October 2012, AAR entered into a forms licensing agreement with DotLoop, Inc.  Pursuant to this agreement, AAR members would have access to AAR forms through DotLoop-NOW™.

Over the last 11 months, AAR has worked diligently to effectuate this licensing agreement while ensuring that AAR forms cannot be accessed and utilized by unauthorized individuals.  Unfortunately, concerns remain about whether or not AAR forms are fully protected from improper use.  In light of this, AAR has issued to DotLoop a Notice of Cancellation terminating its licensing agreement.  AAR continues to communicate with DotLoop and hopes to sign a new licensing agreement with DotLoop that maintains the integrity of AAR forms for the benefit of our members.

AAR will keep members apprised of its discussions with DotLoop as they progress.
